Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund, as the time slot has been reserved exclusively for you.
Our office sends reminders via email and text message before the day of your appointment to help you stay informed of your consultation.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be processed for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we encourage you to contact our office as early as possible to avoid any cancellation fees or forfeiture of the consultation fee.
